This 6 week class is designed to help 3rd-5th grade students develop essential executive functioning skills, such as organization, time management, emotional regulation and flexible thinking. Through interactive games, hands-on activities and fun challenges, students will learn practical strategies to improve focus, problem-solving, and self-control in both academic and social settings. Each session will introduce a new "brain power" skill, allowing students to build confidence and independence while working together as a supportive team. By the end of the program, participants will have a personalized toolbox of strategies to help them succeed in school and beyond.This After School Enrichment activity will be led by Christine Miller, a clinician at Mirjam Quinn & Associates.Class will take place Thursdays 5/1-6/5 3-4PM
A minimum of 8 students is required to run this class.
