Crew, $125 fee
Fee covers directors, show production and set costs, and more. Crew members will be assigned roles that include set design, build, painting, props, costumes, stage running/management, and more!

First Crew Kickoff Meeting will be announced by early February. Look for emails from theater@stbarnabasparish.org

Rehearsals are Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3-5:30pm beginning in February.

Registration fees cover many of the production costs, but we don't want a student not to be
able to participate due to any constraints in covering the fee. Please reach out to
theater@stbarnabasparish.org for options.

These programs follow the same Student Academic and Behavior guidelines as athletics as notated in the St. Barnabas Handbook. All families are also required to volunteer. Preferences will be gathered during
registration. Every family will receive weekly emails and be asked to connect to the TeamSnap
roster to keep you informed throughout the process. If you have any questions, email Rachel Groth at theater@stbarnabasparish.org.

We need every family to help make this production happen. Please note the areas you're willing to help and we will follow up with more details/specifics (check all that apply at checkout):
  • Rehearsal / Crew Supervision (after school)
  • Stage Set Up and Strike (take down) Crew
  • Coordination Help (e.g. coordinate cast pizza party, snacks, show promotion)
  • Backstage / Downstairs Supervision (during show week)
  • Contribution Help (e.g. donate snacks, help provide or find supplies)
  • Other (if there's option for a fill in, give them the option)
